Welcome to the Pennsylvania Federation of Chapters
The Federation mission, like that of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association (NARFE), has remained the same since 1921, to protect and improve the retirement benefits of federal retirees, employees and their families.
The Pennsylvania Federation is composed of 7 Districts and 52 Chapters throughout the Commonwealth totaling more than 16,000 members.
